The opening exhibition in the ‘Obra’ space is Memory as Material, curated by Audrey Tseng de Melo Fischer, Global Head of Research, exploring the practice’s work through its relationship to land, people and the process of building. The exhibition display, formed of self-supporting structures constructed of pieces of rebar, was co-designed and fabricated by fierreros – rebar construction workers currently working on Sordo Madaleno projects in Mexico City.
